I’ve been very hesitant on getting a haircut, because they usually tend to cut more than I ask, but I had a wonderful experience with Gaby. She really listened to what I wanted and cut may hair beautifully. Great customer service, and great conversation as well! I got a balayage at Aly’s Hair Salon. I had a very good experience. Gaby was my hairstylist. She did an exceptional job of explaining to me what the process was going to look like so I knew what was going to be done with my hair and how long it was going to take. They are all very friendly and I got exactly what I wanted with my hair and better.

We’re so happy we did – Gaby and Nayra did a fantastic job cutting our hair! I have curly hair that I normally style by blow drying and straightening, and Gaby took her time first cutting it damp, drying it, and then trimming it further to make sure it looked good styled. She also accomplished this while respecting my wish for her to no more than 1/2 an inch off of my hair’s length! My husband was also very pleased with his haircut from Nayra. My husband and I are visiting Austin and decided to give Aly’s Hair Salon a try based on other, recent reviews here on Yelp. We’re so happy we did – Gaby and Nayra did a fantastic job cutting our hair! Amidst all of the crazy Rona madness Gaby worked with me tirelessly to meet up after I had to cancel on her multiple times. She then spent 7 and a half hours getting rid of dark hair color and got me to platinum blonde with an amazing cut to go with it. She is professional, talented and an absolute delight to work with. I will be going to her exclusively from now on, and anyone that doesn’t book her is losing out. I want to let everyone know how amazing Gaby is. Amidst all of the crazy Rona madness Gaby worked with me tirelessly to meet up after I had to cancel on her multiple times. She then spent 7 and a half hours getting rid of dark hair color and got me to platinum blonde with an amazing cut to go with it. She is professional, talented and an absolute delight to work with.
