Came here and saw Jessica for botox/fillers. She was great! Felt very comfortable with her and she is definitely a professional—had a few different areas that I wanted treated and we went over each area and talked about what she would inject and what the results would be like. Jessica at Alyeska Aesthetics is amazing. I couldn’t more highly recommend her! As a nurse, I was leery of elective procedures and did a lot of research looking for the right practitioner. She carefully assessed my needs and was very knowledgeable of different products to achieve my goals. She added careful accents to bring out my natural beauty and more youthful face. She has a brilliant eye for detail, adding a touch here and there to make subtle but meaningful changes. I was worried I would end up looking fake or uneven on one side, but I my face is youthful and energized. Jessica also took her time making sure I was comfortable with injections. I had minimal pain, swelling, no bruising and within an hour of the injections was out in public.

This was my first experience with any injectables. Jessica explained how it worked, any follow up needed, and what I could expect. The injections were virtually painless and I could tell she was very experienced and knowledgeable. I will definitely follow up with her and receive future treatments from her. Jessica explained how it worked, any follow up needed, and what I could expect. Critical: Communication, QualityThis was my first time at Alyeska Aesthetics. I booked an appointment for a consultation and would decide if I needed more fillers based on her recommendation. She said I didn’t need much, but would proceed to do the treatment anyway. I agreed because I was already there and she said a touch up would be ok. I asked if we could make my lips plump to my liking using half the syringe. Jessica then said we would see what we could do. Only .3 of the syringe was used. Even though not even half the syringe was used, I still had to pay $525 for the full syringe. After the procedure she then recommended I dissolve all previous fillers and start over with a blank canvas to make it easier to work with. While I agreed because it sounded reasonable, I feel as if she could’ve been more professional and communicated her concerns before the procedure started. I technically received “consultation” after she was finished. I went in with a positive mindset and left with an inadequate experience. I have had fillers before & may have had high expectations, but I felt as if she was in a rush to get the appointment done and wasn’t very thorough.
