I have never been to this salon before and have been looking for a place for a “good pedicure”. The people were friendly, the place was extremely clean and they use plastic liners in the pedicure tub. All a big deal for me to go again. Mimi did my pedicure and I opted for the deluxe since it had been a year since I had one last. It was the most amazing pedicure I’ve ever had. Mimi went above and beyond any others that I have had. I highly recommend this place. Make sure you have an appointment during their busy days, especially weekends.

Wow… this place is very dirty! The older lady who did my nails was distracted the whole time on her phone. Her station is covered in acrylic dust and old nail cuttings everywhere. She didn’t even change the towel she had down from previous customer. I got a dip manicure and I regret it. They are so poorly done. The nails are sooo thick and lumpy. She did a horrible job at filling so I had to come home and finish them. For $40 I should have just gotten a full set. The lady also was not gentle and was yanking my fingers the whole time. I will never return. 🙁

Worst customer service of all time . Made an appointment to get mine and my friends nails done and instead of telling me they don’t have time for all of us they wait until the last second to tell me they don’t have time for only me. So I sat there for 5 hours and they couldn’t say anything to me , then I got the joy of paying for the nails I just watched get done and did T even have the decency to tell me they didn’t have time for me too so I could go home . Why make an appointment with me a WEEK in advance if you don’t have enough staff ???? J O K E. Nobody cared until they realized who was holding the credit card

I made an appointment for me and my 5 year old daughter to get a polish change for her, and a gel fill for me. The male worker told me that they had availability for Friday 7/8 at 1130am. I told him that was perfect. We get there and it’s super busy!! As soon as we walk in, not one person acknowledged us Strike One. Next me and my Daughter proceeded to pick our colors. We sit down to wait for someone to call us for our appointment. 30 minutes later, 4 people that were waiting before us leaves due to waiting too long. The only ones that were left waiting was me and my Daughter, and Another Mother and Daughter. Meanwhile the guy that was working there went outside to have a cigarette break right in front of the store. A nail tech was available so the Mother and Daughter both went to her. While me and my Daughter are still waiting, 3 more people came in and was currently waiting as well. 2 minutes later, the guy goes BACK outside for another cigarette break!! While he’s outside, a random woman comes in and sits down in his empty chair!! He comes walking in and proceeds to do her nails!! I calmly told him that me and my Daughter had appointments for 1130!! He told me that she came for him and he told her to come back!! While I am STILL sitting there waiting with my 5 year old Daughter, her comes an elderly woman and she goes to the same nail tech that the other Mother and Daughter were sitting and that Mother got up from getting her nails done and she proceeds to get HER nails done!!! I just had to walk out!! They are very unprofessional and I will NOT be going back there!!!

Im irritated with this store. My nails do not look like i wanted it. I said roses the dirst time i got dam swighle lines so he restarted. I asked how much for gems cuz plain black is boring and he nodded no and kept talking!!! I paid for 3 ppl 205$ while all of us had issues

Shocked at the lack of care on the pedi I got. Not polite when I walked in at noon but had availability. Tech was hard to understand and argued with me when I asked for regular pedi not gel. Gel straps top layer of nail off so I don’t get them. She never massaged me and when I asked if she would she said wax does that . I said I like the massage part on feet and lower leg to push into muscles not just rub lotion on. Her response was something not understandable in Thai or other language. I didn’t get the best part. Then she pulled skin so hard it bled and she tore the skin off. Not cool… no pampering and got injured for $30 pedi. I will never go back here. They had bugs and locusts in the ceiling lights too. Made me naucous. They need health and safety inspection!! Gross

I wanted to share my experiences at this salon. For starters, I was totally impressed when I called and I could get in immediately. Everyone spoke excellent English and visited readily during my appointments. “K” did such a nice job on my nails and “Mimi” was so darn cute and had such a funny sense of humor. I will definitely return to this salon on my travels next time.
