Always Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m not big on reviews but this is necessary. I just wasted $50.My friend and I went here and omg please do not make the same mistake.My friend literally left with eight of her fingers bleeding, wildly short nails, and the dip is so thick her nails look round. (She has the black polish)Meanwhile, I asked for an acrylic fill and instead she decided to not do that and just cut them short while putting enough layers of dip over the leftover acrylic tip. Let me tell you this did not have the desired effect. My nails are thick and bumpy. She also refused to change the color after I asked to change it BEFORE it was even on my finger. I’ve genuinely never been so unhappy with my nails, I was happier with my grown out acrylics. (beige polish)Also, general cleanliness and vibes were not good. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismHad a great experience at Always Nails! We made an appointment the same day a few hours in advance, and there was still a bit of a wait once we got there – we were seated for our pedicures about 15 minutes past our appointment time. Not a problem at all, they were visibly busy! I was very impressed by how hard my technician worked at my callouses – she was very thorough and addressed problem areas that I noted (ingrowns, callouses, etc.). Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxing and friendly – technicians were eager to engage in conversation during services, which was nice. Had a great experience at Always Nails! We made an appointment the same day a few hours in advance, and there was still a bit of a wait once we got there – we were seated for our pedicures about 15 minutes past our appointment time. Not a problem at all, they were visibly busy!
