Although it did take a while for me to be able to book my appointment because of the Groupon (but, hey, it says not to wait, and I did, so there weren’t many appointments left), the massage itself was so lovely. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend!

I wish I could tell everyone about this place! I’ve been to many “fancy” spas where they try to up-sell me on things and go over cumbersome forms that take up time within the massage period. Sharonda keeps it simple in a great way and also this is maybe the best massage I’ve ever had… so much so that I scheduled monthly appointments! It’s the only time that someone has actually really focused on my neck and shoulders, weirdly. The massages are also very affordable, which helps me make this a regular habit (and not an occasional treat). I will note that reading some of the one-star reviews… I think that it’s important to keep in mind that this is a one-person small business (just Sharonda, as far as I know). That means that there’s not a receptionist to take calls, but I’ve never had a problem with Sharonda being on time (in fact, she seems to run appointments like clockwork!). And also, I did need to reschedule once, and I had no issues. I go every month.

Excellent deep tissue massage! Much better than I ever get at “fancy” pricey spas. I’m typically disappointed when getting a massage because there’s not enough pressure – definitely not the case here, which was such a pleasant surprise.

Worst experience ever booked with Groupon about 2 months ago. They sent an email stating when to arrive and to wear a mask. When I showed up nobody was there. Another office stated that they hadn’t seen them and over a month. Called with no answer. Please do not book!

I whish i could do no star for this place. Called the spa several times to make an appointment as soon as I got their special through Groupon, never got a call back to be able to schedule an appointment. Came by and the lady was unfriendly and told me the only appointment available was for a month later. Coupon would be expired by than, she said that I will be able to use it but will need to pay the difference what’s the whole point of getting it through Groupon??? Did not make me feel welcome and or appreciated. Obviously she did not care about getting a new client to become a member. Will for sure go back to Envy!

I got a Groupon for a 60 min massage with always dream spa & booked my appt then they called me canceling my appt because my therapist had a family emergency I said ok I rescheduled a month out , they called again at the day of the second appt that was made and asked to reschedule again because “ my therapist had a family emergency again a month later “ I wish I could really give NO STARS FOR ALWAYS DREAM SPA
