Amazing! By far the most professional and holistic natural hair salon I have been to. Nina is not only a subject matter expert for hair but asks what goals you would like to obtain while helping you get there. I’ve been getting my hair done by Nena for almost a year now, and she never fails to impress with the VARIOUS styles she manages to whip together on my head!! She’s done my kinky twists, two-strand twists, many different crochet styles (for which I always get many compliments), box braids, and more. Oh, and not to mention the wonderful, MUCH healthier, longer, and stronger place she was able to get my hair in a relatively short time and surely since compared to when I first started going to her last year!! For that I am most grateful to her. Nena is very professional and highly knowledgeable when it comes to natural hair and also good health in general, but she is also very cool, funny, and approachable. And honest! She will be real with you about what may or may not be a good idea for your hair, whether it’s regarding your hair’s health or how a certain style might look.

Quality work, Nena doesn’t rush, nor is she slow but she is going to make sure that what she’s doing is the healthiest option for your hair. The African salons just want your money and they don’t care about your edges, well not here! Also the barber Hasaand is amazing, very professional and experienced.
