Originally planned to go here with my mother for her birthday but sadly, day-of, she wasn’t feeling too great. I did have to cancel her service but the staff were so incredibly kind about it! I ended up still going by myself and I got a 50 minute facial with (I’m so sorry if this isn’t the right name but I believe it was close to) Kristina. 🙂 They did a magnificent job with helping me feel cared for, safe, and informed the entire time. They really took their time explaining things to me and making sure I left comfortable and confident with my new skincare recommendation/adjustment that I asked for. I did take advantage of the amenities afterward- The jacuzzi and the pool were both beautiful and well-maintained. While there was no sauna access this time around (either due to maintenance or Covid-related-safety, which I appreciate) but I am looking forward to that opening back up in the future! The grounds were beautiful as well- I love the mediterranean feel, I truly felt transported to a little oasis right in the middle of the desert. I cant wait to bring my mother back here with me when she’s feeling up for it! Thank you to all of the staff members for being outstanding, I appreciate you!

Highly recommend the couples citrus salt scrub. The description on the website does not do it justice. Private room, salt scrub on a table while 4 shower heads drip water all over your body. Then you are moved to a private area with a couples jetted tub, private patio with lounge chairs and a fireplace and an outdoor rain drop shower. Back to the massage tables for a full couples body massage. This was the most incredible spa experience we have had thus far.

Had a fantastic 50-minute massage with Erin. Not only was she great but the massage table was unusually comfortable and the room was extremely peaceful and relaxing with the door cracked open to the private outdoor terrace.

I was so disappointed by the massage I received at this spa. I had a 100 min salt stone massage. I love massages and wanted to treat myself to something really indulgent and special while I was visiting Phoenix on business.

Not only was the massage by Jennifer incredible – she really worked my body which is really tight and tense after a busy photography season – but the spa itself was so relaxing. It was a beautiful day to enjoy listening to the breeze blowing through the trees and the resort grounds are so quiet it’s just amazing and relaxing.

My wife got a prenatal massage which was shorter than the booked time and was overall terrible. The masseuse did more oil application than actual rubbing and she was very elderly. In the men’s locker room, the steam room was off. Pretty basic spa with really high prices.

Relaxing massage. I was a bit sad the Jacuzzi and steam room were a bit small, However I did like that the have the Steam room had an exit to the outdoor Jacuzzi. Out by the pool they do have a dinning area.

Ohhh wow. This was LUXURY. From the greeting, robe, treats, and services…I will certainly be back! I spent an entire morning getting scrubbed, massaged, and a pedicure was so relaxed. The private pool, eucalyptus steam room, and relaxation room with teas and treats were exactly the amenities I look forward to with spa services. My therapists were friendly, quiet (which I appreciate), and service focused.

Automatic 20%/$72 service fee on my spa bill was annoying cause it was already crazy expensive. $180 for 50 min Mind and Body Chakra renewel was nothing but a standard massage. No music. She was weak and she had cold hands. For 2 people, $432. I happen to know a spa massage person usually gets 60%. In this case they each got $108/144. I normally slip them $20 cash but not in this case. A glass of Prosecco would have helped. Only got water. I didn’t stay to use the showers or facilities. Old furniture nothing special. $432 for 50 min. Totally not worth it.
