Very happy with my stylist, Lori who did my hair for my maternity photo shoot! She was excited, professional and passionate about her work and gave me a beautiful style! The manager, however was surprisingly unprofessional, and came up to us during our session and asked multiple times if she was almost finished because she booked my stylist a walk-in shellac manicure. We were not, in fact, almost finished and still had curls and pinning to do, so the manager commented that she would have to start with the next client herself. SO RUDE! I’m getting my hair done for a special event-BY APPOINTMENT and she’s rushing my stylist to accommodate a walk-in manicure. Lori was amazing-the management, not so much.

Friendly staff, but my nail appointment started 30 minutes late and took so long that when we moved on to my finger nails I asked her to skip the massage and good stuff because we were running so late. It was the worst looking gel manicure I have ever received (edges not cleaned up, uneven coat) and it was for my wedding. I would definitely not recommend my particular person. My mom had a good experience with a different person.

Absolutely love this salon! Fly back home from Texas just for Maria to do my hair. Most amazing manicures, pedicures and don’t even get me started on her facials! Maria is a must! Highly, highly, highly recommend. Best place in Aspen/Snowmass!
