Kelsey is calm and supportive in nature. I had a 90 minute massage. In that time, Kelsey used some incredible essential oils that I could smell and they soothed my mind and breathing to help me relax. She was so thoughtful about where she applied pressure and rhythmic as she moved the knots and tangles out of my muscles. The music that was playing was a breath of fresh air from most types of spa music. I really enjoyed the experience. After my massage, Kelsey took some time to teach me some stretches I can do at home. Kelsey is attentive and completely focused on the client’s well-being. After two sessions, many of my pain issues have begun disappearing. She will help you understand the source of your pain or tension and exercises you can use to alleviate built up problem areas. I plan on coming back regularly.
