I hate to leave a bad review but this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My nail technician did not clean up her space before I was directed to sit down. She was very rough with my nails and fingers when using the Dremel and nail file. Hitting my skin in several different places with the Dremel including once on my knuckles when she wasn’t paying attention. When she was applying the acrylic she was not precise at all. It was very globy and it all over my fingers. I had to peel off the hardened acrylic on my skin when I left. The shape overall came out fine, though I had asked for a simple design and provided a picture but the design itself looks like an amorphous blob. Made worse by her attempts to wipe up the excess leaving the rest of the nails smudged.

Overall the manager and employees are very nice. To the credit of the woman who did my nails, she helped find the right color when the original color was not available. The nail spa itself is organized and generally decent.

Never go here, they rushed, didn’t take their time, asked for a recreation of a picture for homecoming and after then were done said they couldn’t fix it because it was messed up and asked to pay before they did it, And didn’t wait for each coat to dry before doing the next so it smeared and they were so rough that they cut me. They serve a glass of wine for free here! My pedicure was solid, not quiet out of this world for the 45 dollar pedicure I wanted, but a very luxurious and clean place to get your nails serviced. They have a very large salon and can take many clients at once when they are fully staffed. I would definitely return again if I’m in the area.

Loved my mani & pedi. UT did an amazing job, took her time, and did exactly what I asked. Atmosphere was quiet & relaxing. Staff was very friendly. Prices were great. $60 for regular pedi & gel mani. Will definitely be back!!

I love how my nails came out!!! Its gorgeous interior and the workers are so nice… they do amazing work… I was so impressed… I’ve never liked my nails as much as I do with this design the lady did… the price was on point and I’m just so happy with all aspects of my visit… it sucks that I moved because I would have made this place my go to nail salon… now I have to find another one and am doubtful I will find one as beautiful and talented as this place… I definitely recommend checking this place out

Most bad reviews are just driven by emotions, however in this instance I would not recommend coming here to get your nails done. I would go elsewhere unless you want to have your knuckles scuffed, your nails to be scraped way too rough, and your final product looking like a 5 yr old did them and left globs behind. Would not return.

The receptionist said yes for availability and to arrive between 5:30pm-5:45pm we arrived at 5:36pm. The receptionist told the nail tech you can go to 4 or 5 (my friend or I). I was closest to the nail tech but she walked right past me not even acknowledging my existence and over to my friend. After my friend’s pedicure was already started, I was skipped a second time for another customer at this point I was willing to just leave with my feet incomplete. I started to get up. Once the nail started my pedicure at 6:20pm almost an hour later she said the other lady had “an appointment with a specific nail tech” that is why I was skipped a 2nd time. if that was the case communication goes a long way they could have said that. A group of women were walked over to the dryer but I was left to let my regular polish just “air dry” ! My nail tech didn’t want and or care to turn back on the dryers for my feet. So I literally went over and tried to turn the dryer on but couldn’t then she turned it on. Regular polish doesn’t just dry I am sure she knew this. My friend was told to take her time under the dryer the only difference between my friend and I is, she is Caucasian and I am not. I didn’t see the owner or her husband today but instead their nephew, toward the end of the day because I had to wait so long he was pointing and suggesting that we hurry up and pay so the Receptionist could close out after I was skipped and my friend didn’t get the gel pedicure she asked for but instead regular polish but it took twice as long. Her polish was layered so thick it couldn’t dry after 10 minutes of sitting under the dryer. In 2022 it is not okay to treat people like this to be skipped over, have extremely hot towels placed on my legs then laugh when I let out a small ouch , pedicure was done so rough the massage chair was physically moving and it was off. ( if the cameras were played back anyone could see the chair was actually moving that’s how rough it was. I have been a customer since their grand opening but after the pandemic not as often. With the owners not present I felt the difference.
