I visited “high end” salons in Downtown and Beaverton for years with terrible experiences. No one was able to cover my grey and get a great color to my hair as he does. Imad is very professional, detail oriented and talented.

Had my nails done by Katie P. for my birthday which I loved but then four days later one popped off. The following day another one popped off. I texted Katie and let her know, she was quick to respond back with two different times I could come in to fix them. Two days go by after getting my two broken nails fixed and another nail pops off, not to mention that the two nails Katie fixed were much longer than the rest of my nails (my fault for not noticing at the appointment). I message Katie once again and with a picture of my nail popped off, it had barely been 8 days with these nails and me driving back and forth 20 minutes each way. Katie offered me two different times again which this time I could not make because I was working and she clearly stated, “That is literally all I have until I get back from vacation the week of the 27th.” So, needless to say Katie would /could not accommodate me at all to fix one nail or even offer any kind of discount at my next appointment or anything. Katie was very rude through text and very unprofessional and clearly does not care for more business. I will say, Katie will do the design/color/shape nails you want but that’s the only good thing. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she clearly did not care at all. I would recommend going to see somebody else if you want your nails to stay on longer than a week and that actually tries to solve the problem if something continues to happen with your nails popping off.

My friend and I decided to go get our nails done for a little girls day. The original place we were going to go to was closed, and this salon happened to be right next door basically. So my friend suggested we stop in there. At the time, there were no manicurists in the building so one of the hair stylists called Sue to see if she could come in. I had not looked up any reviews and now I’m really wishing I had. I went first, and I wanted ombré nails. She said she could do it. She started gluing the tips on and I’m not sure what kind of glue she was using, because I’ve never had this problem before, but they just would not stick. She used French tips for the ombré which seemed strange to me but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When she applied the acrylic, it was super thick and not even. When she filed, she only filed with an actual nail file. She didn’t use any of the machines, and as a result caused me to bleed. Then she proceeds to tell me this happens all the time (it’s never happened to me) and is literally prepared with liquid bandaids and neosporin in her kit. She talked down on the “Asian” nail places or so she called them. She told me my nails couldn’t look like the picture I showed her because my nail beds are small. She also warned me that because my nails are short they will probably fall off soon. Sure enough, I paid 50 dollars for the nails to look TERRIBLE. I went to another place to have them salvage what they could, and even though they tried their hardest, they all fell off within the week. I went to the place I tried to get them fixed at and got a full set redone and they are ombré and they are perfect! I am never going back there and I wish I could get my money back.
