I love this place! The vibe, the music, the setting in downtown escondido, next to so many great shops. Marcy does my hair and when I first came here I had probably..6 different colors in my hair (just post quarantine covid) from all the box colors I desperately used to restore my color and hide my little sprigs of greys here and there. I walked in a mess… but Marcy fixed it all!! AND, gave me my BEST HAIR YEAR EVER, and I’ve been coming ever since. And I love that she is very kind and honest. She always tries to find ways to be gentle with my hair to preserve the integrity and limit damage as much as possible. Since I’ve been going to her, my hair has never looked and felt so healthy!

Ashley is AMAZING. I have difficult hair and wanted to cut 10-12 inches off. I brought in a picture and she cut and styled it EXACTLY how I wanted. I am now a customer for life. I will never go to anyone else as long as I’m living in the San Diego area. Everyone there is very nice and inviting. The best experience I’ve had at a salon in over 10 years.❤️

While the cut I originally got was good, scheduling is a complete joke. The phone number goes to a cell phone. Then you text. Maybe you hear back in a few days. This last time I texted early Monday morning asking for times on Thursday, I hear back at the end of the day Tuesday and surprise, surprise, she’s booked. I was offered one time a week after I requested, which I wasn’t available. I asked for other times and gave several her several alternatives for both the same week and the next week. No reply. Texted again the next day, no reply. Five days passed since initial text, nothing. No offer to see anyone else either, I guess they only have one person there although I’ve seen other stylists. I’ m sure they’d live to know their promoted so well. We will not go back now, it’s clear they don’t want, need or care about my or my family’s business.
