Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called to get general information about the services. DJ was busy with customers. Instead of placing me on hold and taking the time to answer my questions, I was rushed and advised they couldn’t explain the services and to come in for a consultation. I decided to set up an appointment. I’m not from the area and asked for nearby intersections and was told I need to look it up. They have customers and are too busy. Due to the lack of professionalism, not being able to multi task and work under pressure, I decided not to even move forward. I will not spend my money with any company who don’t take the take to embrace what could be potentially loyal customers. I took the time to research this company and was referred by a friend. After researching, I called to get a few more details before deciding to set up an appointment. I try to support black owned business but this is why we can’t! I truly hate I had this experience because it’s my birthday and I wanted to feel great! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI can honestly say that Alter Ego Body is the best. I didn’t meet my BMI for surgery and I had 5 days left. Keema was so informative…especially what was best for my health. I ended up loosing 10 pounds in about a week. The sauna bag is the boom.com Thanks yall

I was unable to be serviced at the time due to travel, but I already have plans on going back for some much needed spa treatments! Thank you for your professionalism!!
