If you’re looking for a place with incredibly talented artists, this is it. This was my first time getting apres gel-x and extensive nail art and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Vy was incredibly meticulous and even stayed long past closing to make sure I got what I wanted. Even after a week of rough treatment (kayaking, working outside, etc) they still look as good as the day they were done (see photo!) Highly recommend this place and Vy! They book up fast — that one month wait will be worth it though!

The people who work here are actual artists. I’ve been going to Altar for about a year now and they haven’t missed – not a single time. Alondra is my nail artist and she is just so good at what she does. Very collaborative and figures out how to give me the nails I want every time, even if I’m not so sure about it! I’ll never go anywhere else 🙂
