I don’t usually leave such negative reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t. I had one of the worst manicures in my life. The technician immediately started by trying to “upsell” me to powder dip (a new acrylic method to which I said no), he was sloppy, rushed and left my cuticles bleeding. I would never go back or recommend the place.

First time here. The girl that did my nails was really nice but really rough with the nail tools. She used the sander wheel with way too much pressure and my nail beds hurt quite a bit for the next two days. One nail also chipped on day 3.

Honestly dont recommend this place to anyone the guy was to rough and seems to get annoyed when I asked to be a little more gentle. Came for basic manicure with my 9 year old daughter and paid around 80 for our nails to basically just get painted, our cuticles did not cut I asked for my nails to be cut and he just field them down. My nails look all nasty and bulky from the powder he used. To me they look sloppy! I couldnt even wash my hands before he started to massage them so there was powder residue mixed with the lotion and it felt nasty! This is the third time I have had an issue here and I keep trying to give it another chance but I’m done it’s not worth the money I have spent here. I don’t understand how I have came before and got a full set of fake nails with dip and just a normal pedicure for my daughter with dip and it not come out to the amount we spent today. Very disappointed!

The lady that did my pedicure and the first part of my manicure was very nice and did a good job but then she turned me over to a young girl to do my nail color. She rushed thru it and by the time I left two of my fingernails were messed up.

Friendly. .but too rough. All my fingernail are so soar & red. Had to medicate each nail. Too rough & she talked the whole time in her native tongue to other woman. Plus called her son in Houston for a long chat. Will not go back!!!

Best place in Alpine to get your nails done. Great massage chair. The women there do a great job. I went for just nails. But the prices were great. So I ended up getting nails, toes and wax.
