my friend got my hair done from this shop & which she had short hair recently cut the back off a lil lower and so before reporting to the shop she made sure the woman would be able to grip her hair in which she insisted she could … not even a week later , 3 back rows of her hair came out & when reaching out to the woman she asked if she could have a refund ? & the woman replied ” no after you wore them for 3 days & took pictures in them no refunds ” of course your gonna take pictures in your new hair style but it’s bullshit that she doesn’t even want t fix her hair at all . also she wanted her hair burgundy & when getting to the shop she had to settle for whatever cause the woman had no burgundy hair . her business is very un professional & her customer service is horrible ..

It’s 30 degrees outside and she wouldn’t even let me in to ask her anything. She was yelling at me through the window so loud I couldn’t even understand her. When I called she was yelling at me yet again, and I literally just asked if she does dreads. She then proceeded to hang up on me. If I could rate no stars I would. Don’t even waste your time with this place

Do not go to this shop. Worst experience. She cursed me out because my hair wasn’t what I wanted. I showed her a picture before I started. Don’t waste your time. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Customer service is horrible and prices are high.
