Ahmad has been cutting my hair for about four years and he’s amazing. I have received a ton of compliments on my hair in the last four years. Not to mention that Ahmad is just a super nice guy. Just be aware that he’s busy and appointments usually have to be made about two weeks in advance.

Moved recently to GA and had my haircut and shave here as it was close by. No issues in my first appointment. Ahmad was very polite and did a good job. The next month I made an appointment well in advance and got confirmation as well. On the day of my appointment, I noticed that they had cancelled the appointment without providing a reason a few days after I booked. On contacting them to confirm what happened, the receptionist was rude and just kept mentioning that I cancelled it myself, which I never did.

I tell how I want the cut and expect the barber to take care of the entire cut and final look. I do not like if the barber asks me any questions about the cut while doing it. Its their job to get the right output. Sounie is one such barber here. I had another person called Mae cut my hair once but thats the complete opposite of what I expect. So its better to choose the right barber and you will not be disappointed. I am reducing a star due to inconsistencies of the barbers.

I made a 12:00 appointment for Sounie and arrived 10 minutes early. Upon arrival I was greeted, checked in, and sat in the waiting area but could see my barber was not with any customers and was ready to go. A few minutes later, a walk-in customer showed up, let the staff know he did not have an appointment, and sat next to me. To my surprise, Sounie took this walk-in back despite me arriving first with an appointment. I asked the woman up front why they’d talk a walk in before me when I arrived first for my appointment that I committed to being here for, only for her to say “well, you’re early. Just wait for someone else to finish up and we’ll get you with them”. I’m not sure how being early to an appointment could possibly be a bad thing, but these people seem to think so. 15 minutes later, I was still waiting and decided to walk out. The woman up front chased me out the door and, instead of apologizing, beckoned me to come back inside. If this business is incapable of accommodating appointments, I can’t imagine how they are with actually cutting hair.
