I have been to Alpha Nails for about 6 times now and this last time I brought my daughter in, this was her second time there the first time they did regular nail polish which was fine, but this most recent time they talked me into doing gel on my daughter, which was a huge mistake! It cost me $50 and most of it peeled off the very next day. I messaged them on Facebook messenger and they read it but no one responded. I messaged again and they read it again and still didn’t respond so they obviously don’t care! They have booked my appointments through Facebook messenger before so I know they use it, but they clearly don’t know how to respond to upset customers or even care to try to resolve or fix things! I am a great tipper but will be finding a new nail salon to go to!

Worst service ever. I was pleased when they got me in without an appointment quickly, but that was the only positive. The technician was not paying attention while doing my set and made them way too thick. She did not complete filling them and did not even cover the entire nail with polish. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Never again.

Critical: Quality, ValueI showed a picture of what I wanted when I came in and asked for someone who did nail art well as it was my first time visiting this salon. I gave the photo to the lady who did my nails and as you can see how it started and how it went were quite different. I gave the photo to the lady who did my nails and as you can see how it started and how it went were quite different.
