Critical: Quality, ValueService was terrible. I got an eyebrow wax and the person who did my eyebrows burned me! Then they blamed me for insisting that it was my “sensitive skin” but I’ve been doing eyebrow waxing for a while now and this has never happened. Do not go.

Had a very bad experience here. Won’t be coming back. My daughter had pedicure with her regular technician and requested the same technician to do my pedicure so I can try her. My daughter then requested another lady to do her manicure instead. The other lady never came to do her manicure after she was done with her client. My daughter waited for the other girl during the entire time my pedicure was being done, only to find out the other girl was already in the room doing somebody else. We paid and just left very upset. The other girl who made us wait in vain should be fired. She is bad for the business because of her attitude. We think she dislikes the fact that she was just being a substitute because my daughter’s regular technician accommodated me that’s why my daughter did ask for her. She should have refused to do my daughter outright instead of making her wait in vain. We do not know if the gentleman who seems to be the manager even knew about what’s going on and said nothing. They were speaking Vietnamese that we did not understand. Not professional at all. To Kim: better keep a close watch at your employees. I used to go there before and you already lost me then. This time I won’t be coming back for good!!!

I’ll never go here again. I had to find another nail salon to have them re-done.
