I always have a wonderful experience here. They are very quick and efficient, even when it is a busy day. Everyone is always extremely friendly. I have been coming here for a few months and no matter who I have had, they always do a wonderful job. Kevin did my nails today and they look amazing- I love what he did with the color.

I personally will not return to this location. I shop for quality, the establishment is fantastic. The employees are friendly and helpful. They talk trash about you less in their language so you don’t hear the nasty thing they talk about you. However, the products they order are trash. Very cheap quality, I snapped my nail in half the very next day. They repaired it for free only to snap it in half again the next day a second time. I use the bite test after getting my nails done. After getting them done the material was extremely bendable. They charged $55 for a full set of nails and couldn’t even get a product that was solid. I went to another business where the product was 3x stronger and they charged $15 less. I shop for quality products. Do better for the guests spending near $100 after tip for you to do their nails.

The thickness and shape is beyond inconsistent. My cuticles are bleeding and even after flinching multiple times and pulling back, he never said sorry or ask why. He also told me that what I actually wanted wouldn’t look good even though I’ve had it multiple times so I said screw it and just said do an all over color. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years, and have been relatively satisfied. Today, I vowed to never come back. They were busy, so the tech that was going to do my gel polish change was irritated that all I wanted was a polish change on my nails (I was also getting a full pedicure). In her obvious disgust, she revved up the electric file until she burned my nail bed. If you’re busy, and don’t want to perform a service for a client, just say so. It’s not necessary to injure them. Now I’m left with my original polish all messed up (which was fine before), and going to find someone else to fix it. I won’t be back.

Love the staff , but unfortunately this is 3 times in a row that my nails only last 2 days without them breaking ! Not sure if they’re using cheaper products, but my nails either come completely off or just break . Very disappointed!

I went in for the first time for a full set sns. Although there was no wait the nail tech rushed the service once I sat down. She’s not very good at shaping as I told her I didn’t want them too wide and she did opposite. They aren’t horrible but not how I like them to look in regards to shaping looking natural. Im used to techs being meticulous and taking pride in there work. Definitely won’t be returning.

Took my daughter to this salon since they have the cute little pedi chairs. The nail tech that worked with my daughter was great with her so I’m pleased with that. However the mail tech that did my sns did not have any salon etiquette what so ever. The job was so so but I have no desire to get my nails done there anymore. Dip powder, Kids’ manicures
