It’s almost been 2 weeks and my nails still look as good as when they were freshly done. Service is fast. Only thing that will give you pause is the price. A little expensive for dip. But I think this is what you’ll find if you’re stuck in Worcester and can’t get to Boston where there are more salons and dip is much cheaper. Oh well. For the price, the work is very good.

I went for the first time today. The place was clean and the staff friendly. My manicurist spoke very softly so it was a little hard to hear her but she did a great work. Clean paint job and my cuticles look great. I will absolutely be going back. Gel manicures

Theresa is the best, such Beautiful Nails and her attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend her, never liked getting a French manicure or almond shape but her work made me fall for both. It’s now my go to! All the staff is; friendly, kind, very clean, sanitary, pleasant and is a relaxing environment. Honestly best salon I’ve been to and very reasonably priced.

The place is clean and staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my walk in. I wanted a manicure no color. The lady “cleaned” my hands for like 10 minutes and charged $19. My nails looked about the same. I asked her to fix my nails.. I don’t think she understood .The pedicure was also sort of fast and no attention given. The nails were cut crooked and the color wasn’t even clean well and applied too many times. Very disappointing. Never going there again.

Wow what a great experience we had todaywe had our usual salon close a few months back. Tried another place and we’re not satisfied. We took a shot at Alpha Nails. we were so impressed with every aspect of the place. Started with customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. The ladies Le and Nge that performed the pedicures were outstanding and very attentive. The interior is very nice . It was crowded for a Friday. Reservation s are your best bet. We will be going back , and are thrilled with finding a great place

THAO has consistently given me the best pedicures. She really takes her time (even though I was late for my appointment today-so sorry) She is the best at shaping, cleans up after polishing, and the main reason I get pedicures…the massage! So relaxing. She’s also super kind. I will always try to get to Alpha for Thao!

I had an awful experience. The tech dug around the nail of one toe, causing some blood. She answered a call during the visit. If it was urgent, she should have excused herself. She dropped the blue scrub thing on the floor then picked it up and continued to use it. The back of my heels were not scrubbed, only the bottoms. The polish was all on the sides ok n my nails. Checking in was not personable- no hi how can I help you?Checking out was long as you have to wait for your ticket, which could not be found. Ill go to my normal place and get better service.
