This is the worst service I have ever received. The guy that does the pedicures was soo pushy, requesting payment, did not bother to clear coat me after the poor polish job, then charged me $35 for a basic pedicure because he used a hot towel. It is understandable why they are not receiving clients. I advised that he never allowed me to request my service specifics and took advantage. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

The owner seemed upset with me because I asked when my appointment would be honored. I had made an appt and when I arrived, she was working on someone else. I asked when my appt would be honored as I was on a time constraint. We were never able to recover from that…. This was my 2nd visit. On the first visit she was very kind and attentive. On this particular visit she seemd perturbed even by my asking her to refile crooked nails.

I brought my little nieces for their first manicure.the lady who did their nails was so impersonal so unfriendly towards them.she did not even wash nor massage their hands she just did a hasty very bad job for 8 usd per child and the color came out the same day!!!!!! Iam never going back there

I have been coming to this shop for months and this is the first time, I have been disrespected and provided poor quality work. Tammy has always been the one to do my nails but was unavailable. The young lady that did my daughters nails did them horribly. They look very clumpy and were different lengths and shapes. On top of that she charged the price she wanted to charge for service. It took an hour for her to do a set only for it to look a mess.
