As one of the first Integrated Structural Therapists in this community, I have dedicated my professional life, to specialize in pain relief. The approaches and corrective strategies, outlined in the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)’s Corrective Exercise specialization combined with the knowledge of movement patterns and kinetic chain alignments, taught in NASM’s Personal Training curriculum, broadens my approach to Massage Therapy, making it more holistic.
