Critical: QualityThe stylist was 10 minutes late arriving to the appointment I set. Which I can be okay with because life happens. Very kind and I took her opinions with the new cut. She seemed to be working her magic. At the end she seemed more concerned about finishing to get to her next client then completing mine. I have bangs and I walked out with them somewhere in my hair and not on my forehead. The stylist was 10 minutes late arriving to the appointment I set. Which I can be okay with because life happens. Very kind and I took her opinions with the new cut. She seemed to be working her magic. At the end she seemed more concerned about finishing to get to her next client then completing mine. I have bangs and I walked out with them somewhere in my hair and not on my forehead. When I got home with my haircut my daughter asked me ‘What happened to you?!’ I honestly don’t know what happened.

Critical: ProfessionalismNever have I ever been treated so badly by an owner in my life!!! Saw that a new business had opened up close to my house so my friend and I went in to check out. While there I booked an appointment with them and she set me up with Andrea. Later in week I returned to support small business Saturday and owner came up to me when I mentioned I had an appointment with her on 1st. She went on to question me on how I got this appointment (was scheduled with her by lovely lady at front desk) since the owner didn’t take new clients unless they got a referral. Then proceeded to search schedule for me to go with someone else at later date even. Apparently one look deemed me unworthy of her time. I immediately said if it was such a problem that she did my hair I could use someone else familiar with long hair. I can understand getting clients for your workers but to stand there telling a woman that was booked with you that you shouldnt have been booked with her was not my fault. I believe there is a more professional way to make this adjustment than to make potential client feel unworthy for her to touch their hair. This went on for awhile and I finally had enough of the demeaning conversation being used on me. I have never felt more horrible than she made me feel and then when I expressed how hurt I was the owner gave some half warm attempt to apologize and walked away from me!! Although there does seem to be some nice people who are working there I just cant imagine giving a dime of my money to owner. The whole experience ruined my day completely and instead of helping other small businesses out I went home in tears because of horrific treatment. Never have I ever been treated so badly by an owner in my life!!! Saw that a new business had opened up close to my house so my friend and I went in to check out. While there I booked an appointment with them and she set me up with Andrea. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAndrea is AMAZING! She gave me the CUTEST bangs that I’ve ever had and has been so on top of her entire business as it has grown into what it is today. The entire salon is very clean, and might I say adorable. The aesthetic & feel is very welcoming as are the staff and other hair dressers. I know I’ve found my go-to place in the valley! I live on the other end of Wasilla and happily make the drive. Andrea is AMAZING! She gave me the CUTEST bangs that I’ve ever had and has been so on top of her entire business as it has grown into what it is today. The entire salon is very clean, and might I say adorable. The aesthetic & feel is very welcoming as are the staff and other hair dressers. I know I’ve found my go-to place in the valley!
