Bought a gift certificate for the floating salt pod for my husband as a gift and he loved it. Booked an hour session and he was able to fully relax and in his words, he felt like he had the energy having slept for 8 hours and was only in the pod for an hour. He wants to do it again!

Warning!!!! The owner (Patricia) used a strong chemical without my knowledge during a facial and gave me 2 large burns on my chin. She had the audacity to say the pimples were so bad they needed to be burned. After she was done, 2 days later I looked like I tripped and fell on the sidewalk. I called to request a refund after texting pictures of my badly burned face. There was very little remorse, and a repeat of telling me how bad my skin was. I was in disbelief with the lack of empathy she showed me. Patricia would not give a full refund. She deducted for the cost of the peel that I never asked for and that burned me. Do not patronize this business!!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The massage was wonderful and so relaxing that I fell asleep during my facial after. So much stress was released from my body that I slept for a full night for the first time in almost 2 weeks last night. I will definitely be returning in the future

Not sure how they got such a high rating from others because I thought their treatments were the worst I’ve ever had (and I get a lot). I am angry that the gratuity wasn’t optional because I wouldn’t have given as much. Most spas have little snacks and water bottles — not this one. I went early to enjoy the facilities, like sauna or hot tub — they don’t have any. And the robes are a rough sweatshirt material. Overall and huge disappointment. Just a cheap and overpriced.

Her staff are always so friendly and welcoming from the second you enter the door. Spa web site, Google and MINDBODY app all showed spa was open. Appointment made and confirmed on multiple occasions. Arrived at spa and it was closed. No signage saying spa was closed for holiday. Scheduled my day around my appointment.

I have been going to Alora for facials, skin tightening, and Venus Freeze treatments. I highly recommend Alora Spa to anyone looking for pretty much any type of treatment- Patty, the owner, does her best to find the right treatment for any condition/concern. The results are exceptional and the staff is accommodating to my personal work schedule as it is difficult for me to make appointments during normal hours. Patty really puts her heart and soul into this business to satisfy her clients. I always felt welcomed and attended to… not to mention the cleanliness is impressive!
