Love this place—super clean, quick but not rushed, and great quality. I’ve done gel nails, back massages, a few different kinds of pedicures, and eyebrows several times. Everything is well done and consistent. Highly recommend!

I haven’t gotten a chance to go to the salon since COVID, but I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone and treated myself to a gel mani pedi. It was a great experience all around! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and willing to listen to your needs. The salon was very clean and I felt comfortable with my mask on at a socially distanced station away from too many other customers. The interior is also nicely decorated and felt relaxing and luxurious (just how you should feel when you’re getting worked on!!). They had great attention to detail and I love how my nails turned out! Overall: quality 9/10, price 8/10, staff 8/10 and safety precautions 10/10. This was a bit of a groundbreaking experience for me so I thought it warranted a big review. I haven’t gotten a chance to go to the salon since COVID, but I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone and treated myself to a gel mani pedi. It was a great experience all around! I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now and never had a problem until my last visit. I got an sns manicure done the day before vacation and the next day, less than 24 hours later, all my nails were cracked and chipped. Within 3 days of getting my sns manicure done all my nails were completely gone. I decided to wait til I returned from vacation to call the salon and the woman I spoke with was so rude and said I should have come in or called the next day and she didn’t believe me. I informed her I was on vacation but that I took pictures of it and she kept saying I should have called or come in. I again informed her that I was on vacation and unable to and she just kept saying what can she do but not agreeing to so anything. I gave up and just said she has lost some customers. Not sure if it is under new management or not because the usual owner was very sweet and accommodating.

The manager didn’t understand us at all and mistook us for another party. We were in pedicure chairs soaking and one of us had already started a treatment when she told us she made a mistake and WE HAD TO LEAVE. She had a larger party coming and she didn’t have time for us. The people working on us protested on our behalf saying they already started but she insisted we leave and make room for her larger party. I had to stop off at the ups store, then saw this place. Walked in to see what packages they offered for back massages and pedicures. Well… I had a 10 minute massage from David… it was great. I will be scheduling shortly for a deep tissue and pedicure!
