I’ve been coming here a couple months now. I’m always happy with my nails and the service. Stephanie is super fast & the other ladies are great too. This shop is open late so I’m able to get my nails done after work. Always fits with my schedule. They’ve got me as a regular now!

I just had my manicure. I have been this place many times. Stephani is the one who does my nails. She is such a nice and has a great customer service. But today she was very busy and had to wait another artist who sit next to her. And I waited about two hours very patiently for this lady.I had the most horrible experience with her. She is unprofessional, very rude and has an attitude. I told her how I wanted and she started with attitude and was aggressive on my nails. When I told her to be a little more careful on my nails, she stopped and refused to do. She said Stephani can do it for me. Very very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know what Custmor means. I was very disappointed with her and waited Stephani till she finish her custemer.

Took my wife there today. She went in with a picture of what she wanted, had a couple of small changes but they were willing to do it and they actually came out better than the picture, I think. They were well priced and above average on everything else. My wife couldn’t be happier. If you are in the area you should definitely check them out… Also keep in mind this is coming from a guy’s perspective, whose wife hasn’t stopped smiling over her nails.

Hawaii to be exactI made an appointment for myself and my daughter thought it would be a cute little girls date. Well HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I came here wanting to get a gel mani and gel pedi and there was some confusion in the biging were LINA though I wanted a full set, anyways she started cutting my nails super short and then I told her hey I do want a gel mani and then she got upset. Started talking in her language and so forth. I asked her if she can do a sculpture on my thumb that she messed up in the beginning and she first dint even know what I was talking about, so I Google it and then asked for help and I can tell she was complaining about me because she kept talking about full set and then saying gel mani and talking about hawaii then kind of doing my nails all fast. She complained about me the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable! The nail she “fixed” was so horrible looking that when I went to get my pedi, I complained and told the gentleman how I felt and I knew Lina was talking bad about me. He straight out yelled and said stop talking in your language because people think your talking bad about them! Who says that? The whole shop went quiet. Horrible service. I recieved a mani pedi and for as much as I paid I didn’t receive a massage for either. And my toe was cut badly. The lady didn’t say sorry or tell me. And when I went back they did nothing about it. I will never go back or recomend this place.

The most unprofessional disgusting customer service, terrible job on nails and overcharge, for everything even made me pay for the standard flip-flops just to walk out, or said, I could smudge my toes in my shoe for all she cared. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place! They also mutilate people from what you can see in their other reviews I think it’s time to retire. TERRIBLE
