The service was excellent…the pedicure was Divine!! The hot stone treatment was well worth it. The prices were reasonable as well! I got a pedicure with hot stone treatment, a full set of nails, and eyebrow wax for 100$!! Tell me who is providing all these services at these prices!! Definitely recommend and the hospitality is gracious!!!

Normally they do the best job but this time I got someone who was clearly training it hurt when he cut off the extra skin, the massage was so gentle I could barely feel it, it burned so bad when he put the alcohol on, the towels were hot and when he went to shake them to cool them off he got water sprinkles all over my face, he kept setting my feet down really hard lol they slammed into the chair when he switched feet, and the hot rock massage was literally a minute. I get people have to learn but offer these services at a discount. He tried very hard but it was a major let down :/ pedicures shouldn’t hurt. Now my toe nails are crooked, ima pry have scabs, and my feet are still rough ♀️ I wanted to speak up so bad but didn’t have the guts to hurt his feelings. He was sweet

The staff was friendly I just didn’t like the services provided. I repeatedly showed the color I wanted but they showed me a color and said that it was close enough. I wanted gel polish because I’m clumsy. As expected I messed the polish up but I was stated I wanted gel. The man repolished my mistake but the shaping and polish was just sloppy and it seemed rushed. I paid for my services but left with polish all over my feet and drove to another nail shop. They did exactly what I asked.

Horrible experience. Have been going for two years but will not be back! Cut my finger and not only did they use their hand openly exposed without a glove to try and stop bleeding which is unhygienic but also tried to super glue my finger. Who knows how many other peoples germs are on that glue bottle. Disappointed and not to mention my nails look horrible, bumpy and chunky. Disappointed. They also wasted over two hours because they say sit down and never get back to you. If you cant keep up with supply and demand then let your customers know or hire more people

It was ok. They guy that did my pedi definitely didn’t understand English so I tried to explain what I wanted so many times that I gave up. Still got a tip so this 3 starts is not going to hurt him.
