I usually don’t post reviews but I had such a wonderful experience during my last two visits. The very first time that I visited this establishment, I was there 30 minutes to closing after being turned away from another salon who I won’t mention. They seated me and got me in a chair right away. The gentleman by the name of Paul took his time and never made me feel rushed or showed any sign of being annoyed at the fact that they were closing and my feet were not done. Fast forward to yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Caesar. He came in right away with the jokes and gentle and pleasant demeanor. He was unfortunately privy to a heated debate on my cell phone and when he noticed I was visibly upset, he stopped talking for a bit and broke the ice with some jokes and asked me if I was okay. He did a wonderful job on my toes but even if he didn’t, his human to human interaction is what left the most pleasant taste in my mouth. The staff here is always nice and you hear the laughter and joking around. I would rather wait any day here then to be seen right away by technicians who are dry and lack energy and enthusiasm. This is my nail home from now on.

First time visiting. I went on Thursday afternoon about an hour before closing. I called ahead and they said to come in. When I arrived I was immediately seen. The customer service was ok nothing to brag about though. What I really like is the extensive amount of polish and powder available to customers. I recommend and I may return.

Awesome place! I called about walk ins, and ended up scheduling an appointment for the same day. Super nice layout for a salon, with plenty to look at! Autoclaves right in sight to know everything is sterilized, which is super nice.

Loved the pamper session we got. Went with my mom and two kids. They also got pampered and each person we interacted with, was fantastic. The design was seriously the best we’ve gotten as well!

I love coming here! Everyone is super nice and friendly and professional! They treat you like family if you reciprocate the energy! Wendy and Linda are the business with nails! Also, the owner and your nail artists try to remember you by name when you come in and it makes you feel so very welcome and it’s why I come back. That and the work is quality !

Highly recommend if you are looking for a chill atmosphere to relax while getting your nails done in Jacksonville. They used to be great. Not sociable but great. Seat 18 did my nails for a year and always did well. However, getting in is difficult and when others did them they weren’t as good and didn’t last. The prices for stuff I got many times changed every time I went. An for being a loyal customer they sure didn’t care.
