I have been going to aloha for over 2 years now and have had the worst experiences recently. Most recently I wanted matching colors on toes and finger nails and they gave me colors nowhere near close to the same. I am not the person to typically complain but when I got my gel manicure and the manicurist kept telling me how my nails are too short and it’s hard to paint them, I decided to right a review and share photos of the terrible manicure I received. My toe nail color is great I’ll get over them not matching, however not even half my nail is painted due to then being “too short”. Safe to say I will no longer be going here

Worst mani pedi of my life ever. Also the most uncomfortable mani pedi I have ever received. They do both of them at the same time. While I was getting my pedicure, they were doing manicure and using my lap to rest the uv lamp on and my nails were kept getting messed up as I moved my legs. Staff was also very rude and they rushed me out quickly. Also my nails don’t look good at all.

I absolutely love my nail tech but the owner who manages the front desk is a very nasty individual. He is nice to certain clients. We recently had a horrible experience that I was certainly appalled by. During the service, the owner came by and kept rushing the nail tech. So, my mother didn’t receive the full benefits of the manicure and pedicure. When my mother went to the counter to check out, she asked what time my daughter’s appointment was for today. The owner was rude and very short with her. So, my mother asked him why is it that you are so unpleasant each and every time I come in here? Have I done something to you for you to be this way with me. The owner became very loud and argumentative. She said my daughter and I come in here every week, we support your business, we tip your nail techs very well and we are never unpleasant to anyone but yet, you are still so rude to us. He responded “I am about the money, I don’t care who you are.” My mother was embarrassed and taken back by that response. She said that is really something to say to a customer. He didn’t apologize.

Mom went here to fix a broken nail, she accidentally forgot her kit and was trying to see if they could still fix it. She’s always been a good customer and this usually doesn’t happen. However, she came out of the store bawling her eyes out because the owner was extremely rude to her. Never in my life have I seen her like this, so he must have treated her with extreme disrespect. Sorry for the small inconvenience but that’s not okay and we will not be using this store again.

The owner of this establishment is patronizing to say the least. Walked in late one evening requested a manicure, owner was very short and said that’s it? I said yes and he shooed me away. That was the most absurd response. I’ve never been shooed from a nail salon for not wanting more services? Strange rude man!

Heard from some of my neighbors that they are selling $5 face masks here, so I called ahead and asked and they are! I stopped in just for this and I was impressed how clean the store was and that everyone had on a mask the CORRECT way. I’ve also used this nail salon once many years ago with my friends in high school for prom and I remember them doing a fantastic job. When thinking back they have definitely renovated or gotten new chairs since I’ve been there. Super clean, super nice people, and a pretty nice mask for $5!

Went here once with my friend to keep her company and also went to get my own nails done for prom. They’re super lovely, and the nail techs were lovely. I got short nails and they’ve stayed on for a pretty long time and they even gave me the powder in case i need to do a touch up at home. They also have massage chairs for when you get a pedicure which is super nice and relaxing, definitely recommend going here.

Really sweet women working here. My mom sister and I went for pedicures and got the $35 option. They massage our feet and calves for the longest time. It was so great! The bathroom is nice and clean as well. They have put in a lot of measures to keep things clean and sanitary. Absolutely a great value.
