I like my results but the staff are very quiet, very serious and not friendly. But they do offer a nice leg massage with the pedicure and a shoulder massage with nail job.

I never leave reviews but this one is for my fellow ladies… DO NOT COME IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!! I came in a few days ago for a mani pedi which ended up taking 3 hours! When I came to pay they pressured me to take out cash from the ATM machine in their spa and said I would get a 7% discount – of course I never received a receipt! I left with chiping nails, bubbles and bumps in the color which was all together uneven and worst of all the bottom of my feet were completely scratched to the point it hurt to stand for two days. I called and requested a refund – since then I have been hung up on 6 times. This place is not just a disgrace but I left deeply hurt by the attitude and lack of respect from every single employee. I hope they come to their senses and in the meantime deeply recommend to stay away.

Just visited Aloha for the first time for a gel mani/pedi, and Kiki was amazing. The pedicure was so relaxing, and Kiki was meticulous in making sure my nails looked perfect. Salon was clean, peaceful, and very inviting – will definitely be back!

The process was nice and relaxing but the results just an hour after were not the best. I’m used to have a really smooth feeling on the bottom of my feet but my skin was very rough and a bunch of skin patches. Nothing towards the employee who gave me the pedicure but they didn’t take the time to make sure the end result was effective. Won’t be going back but like I said, still a relaxing experience. U can clearly see they did a half hearted job.

Critical: Quality, ValueSo my mom, daughter and I went in there last wknd. After just 1 day, the nail paint on our manicures (regular) started to peel off! They don’t really put in a lot of effort to give you the manicures – for example instead of soaking the fingers (as most places) they just throw on some scrub, massage for 10 seconds and then ask you to go and wash it off. They didn’t even go under the nails and clean it! The pedicures that we got were also subpar, again they didn’t scrub well and it just felt like these people were not at all invested in making us feel welcome or wanting to come back there. To be honest this was our first and last time there! Even at the end their shoulder massage was flimsy! My daughter wasn’t impressed with the service either and she is just 11 years old! I think because of the area they rely on certain services which people in this area will gladly pay for even though it’s not great work while also being completely out of price range compared to other salons. The only reason we used them is because my daughter’s friend recommended them and it was close to us so we trusted it! I came here for the cat. There was no cat. (Maybe not on a weekday?) It was nice, good social distancing, bright and cute. I was used to a bigger color selection, and partway through I was handed off to a less skilled technician who didn’t quite give me the shape of nails I wanted, and the edges were a little goopy. They are handling being rough after over a week. They did some leg and shoulder massaging as well. I spent about an hour there(told by the magnolia channel preview on loop) for a pedi and a gel manicure. Prices were reasonable, higher than what I was used to.

They offer a lot of services. Very pleasant staff with extras amenities like a massage while your nails dry. Not a fan of how the last two ppl polished my nails tho. I would go back again

Beautiful salon and very clean, everyone was pleasant/polite. Service was fast and came out perfect (gel manicure). Prices were market average. Overall great experience, will definitely go back!
