Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThe shop was not busy, but it was a Tuesday. I had a gentleman do my pedicure. Very thorough and professional. I don’t believe he spoke English as o tried to initiate a conversation which went nowhere. The owner then did my mani. Excellent job and a short massage as well!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in and a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing started to yank at my nails. He didn’t even use a device that’s professional to take off old gel. Hurt my nail. He then proceeded to do the “gel manicure” I asked for. I knew something was off but since I’m not a nail tech I let it go. At the end of it he wiped it off with that oil and all of the polish came off. All of the workers laughed and told the guy he used regular polish and not gel. The guy then said “ do u have time” and I mean I didn’t wanna sit there another hour but didn’t have a chance my nails looked god awful. So I sat there another hour as he fixed them with gel. Still they look terrible and I was charged full price after all of this unprofessional work. Doesn’t seem this place cares anymore I have been coming here for years and will never go again. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in and a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing started to yank at my nails. He didn’t even use a device that’s professional to take off old gel. Hurt my nail. He then proceeded to do the “gel manicure” I asked for. Not sure why you’d book an appointment to wait while they take walk ins before you. I’ve also never been to a salon that does gel nails before pedicure. She also wrapped my feet in plastic before I put my shoes on, which obviously ruined my pedicure. Manicure is streaky on some nails. I probably could have done just as good of a job on my own. Critical: ProfessionalismIf i could give 0 stars i would. My pedicure was 10 mins long!!!!!!! They didnt ask me what type. She rushed through the entire pedicure. There were woman sitting in the car long before i got there and somehow i’m done before them? Upon asking of it was an express pedicure she began to have an attitude and get nasty saying it wasnt 10 mins and that it was a regular pedicure. I know it was 10 minutes because I received a text message as i walked through the door. Then i timed it with how long it took. It was 10 mins!!!! And they charged me FULL price. She rushed through the entire thing. She also stopped the massage timer before 5 mins. I was confused as to what she was doing until I realized that she stopped the timer early.
