Went in for the exact same service i got 3 weeks ago and they charge me double for the same exact service only this time i used my natural nails. I’ll never come back only because they are not trust worthy. $87 to $147 no eye brow wax included. They have their days when they want to over charge. And the sad part about it i was a big tipper..just lost a hand full customers. Bad business

Let me start with the fact that they did an okay job on my girls nails, however it took 4 hours for them to be seated and serviced. My youngest got gel nails on her hands and feet. Mind you they never soaked her feet or cleaned under her nails or anything. Just crazy and the other just got an acrylic set with a smiley face on it. The smiley face acrylics was 65.00 and my 5 year olds gel nails was 50.00. Needless to say we won’t be returning back for this garbage.

Wendy did my pedicure and Heather did my manicure. They are an amazing tag team. pedicures actually hurt for me but Wendy takes her time and tries to make me as comfortable as possible. Heather takes her time and make sure it’s done right. Everyone in the salon does an amazing job. The place is clean and the customer service is top-notch.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but while they did an amazing job on both my pedi & my dip set, my 2nd visit taught me that it depends on WHO is doing what. My 1st pedicure was to die for while my nails were okay. Upon the 2nd visit the person that did my pedicure was out. I believe the youngest of the crew did my pedi and I DID NOT like it nor was the experience the same. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here. They shape your toenails to match your foot when getting a pedicure. It add to the professional look when done. They also massage oranges and limes on your feet.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve used Aloha enough times to understand the that their rating with me is going down. Their customer service and nail quality used to be amazing. Now it’s horrible. I’ve experienced them rushing me out the door, which made the lady mess up my nail. Then she didn’t want to fix it. Then most recently, I called not knowing what time they closed. The lady told me that as long as I make it by 6pm, they could do my mani/pedi. I drive through traffic for 40 minutes to make it before 6pm. I got there at 5:45pm, and they would not service me.
