Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe work that comes out of this shop simply isn’t good. Less than a week after having my nails done, the gel polish has chipped off and I’ve had to paint regular polish on it so it isn’t as obvious. I feel like I wasted my time and money. The nail tech is also unpredictable. Never sure if I’m going to be treated with care when I walk in. The bad attitude + bad work = I need to now find a new salon. Such a waste of time.Update: The salon is now claiming they don’t know who I am. However, my call log, nails, and experience there says otherwise. The owner is a youngish man with black glasses. The woman that did my nails sits at the front table. She also answers the phone. They write down appointments on a notebook. There are 3 tables for services. Next door is a church, smoke shop, and Chinese food restaurant. The man who works here has always been kind to me. I have no reason to waste my time making this up. The work that comes out of this shop simply isn’t good. Less than a week after having my nails done, the gel polish has chipped off and I’ve had to paint regular polish on it so it isn’t as obvious. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy wife and I travelled all the way from Brooklyn to Hudson valley today for our nephew’s graduation, after that my wife start to looking for a nail shop to take care of her 3 months old Nails. Luckily we found this shop with door open but no lights on, asked owner if they were open. Been told that they will take care us. Sign the form and got body temperature checked! My wife had her dipping powder done and a spa pedi within 2 hours.Nails came out fantastic!!! I was totally relaxed on pedicures chairs. My wife and I travelled all the way from Brooklyn to Hudson valley today for our nephew’s graduation, after that my wife start to looking for a nail shop to take care of her 3 months old Nails. Luckily we found this shop with door open but no lights on, asked owner if they were open. Been told that they will take care us. Sign the form and got body temperature checked!
