The person who answered my call for a massage was unhelpful and condescending. As a tourist I made a call to politely enquire about prenatal massage service and was greeted with rudeness. At some point during the call I was called “uneducated and not having knowledge of where I was staying” (???). Also this person kept bragging about how many years of massage experience they had, the whole interaction was unprofessional and unpleasant. I had a bad customer service experience and didn’t even get a massage appointment!
