The facility was clean and professional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My first visit there was a year ago and the experience was pleasant and my results were positive. Dr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the services they offer and the results you can expect. She thoroughly explained all the different options available and gave her best opinion as to what would lend the best results for my skin type an ethnicity. I have been very pleased with my results and the skin care products I’ve purchased since my first visit. Lastly while they are only in the office a couple days a week they are always available and respond to calls and text which has not always been my experience at other doctors offices. I will continue my skin care regimen and future procedures with Dr. Cruz and look forward to achieving my long term goals/results!

I have been seeing Dr Cruz for a couple of years now. Her services and expertise are worth the extra drive to Eustis! Giving me a natural youthful appearance, the Botox ( Xeomin) that she injects seem to last longer than when I went to others?! I’m STILL enjoying the lasting benefits of her threading ( neck) done over a year ago. Dr Cruz has her office within a doctors office which I believe helps her keep her costs down and that trickles down to us, the patients. I had laser resurfacing done. I have been a loyal and longtime client from the beginning. During my procedure, the Dr made an error and hit my eyebrow with the laser. I have been left with a permanent and noticeable scar. I have reached out the office multiple times and am told, sorry it’s done. Everyone I recommended to go there, I have told them of what she did to my face and they no longer go. What she did was wrong.
