I have never experienced such poor service in my life. My boyfriend bought me this groupon as a birthday gift and it was nearly impossible to book an appointment. I called and went to voicemail and no way to leave a voice message. I text and nobody responds. I text again the next day. They told me to go online to make appointment, but didn’t say for who or how to use the Groupon. After I text back saying they need to call me if they want my service, she says she will call later. Nobody every called me for days. Finally I asked for a refund nicely. They asked why and before I could even respond they tell me to never text or call again. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! GROUPON SHOULD REMOVE THEM ASAP. ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL !

Bought from Groupon. No return call to book my session, machine doesn’t allow you to leave a message and they ask for you to text them for appointment. I have done this 3 times and no response. Rip off!!!
