Came here in November 2019 to have my natural hair straightened and trimmed. The attached pics show the initial straight result and then my damaged curls now. Let me preface this by saying I never use chemicals or heat on my hair at home so I know the damage was done here. I was happy with the service and result initially but now my hair is SO damaged and I’ve experienced so much breakage from whatever they did. I didn’t realize it at the time, but it’s clear now that they either put a texturizer in my hair (without my consent) or just extremely burned my hair, destroying the hair shaft and curl pattern. 9 Months later I’m still reaping the consequences of having my hair done here. If you have Natural hair and would like to preserve your curl pattern don’t come here pls! If you don’t mind your hair being permanently straight, you’ll be fine coming here.

I’ve been coming here for 13 years ever since my daughter in the picture was in my belly! 🙂 They do an awesome job especially with natural hair of any length! My hair grew so much after just a few months of coming and I love getting their butter or deep conditioning treatments esp in winter when my scalp is dryer than usual.

The stylist CAN’T do African American hair and she messed my braids up. Her assistant didn’t even cut the flyaways from the braids. She made my braids really big. She was so rude when I asked for a refund. She pointed her finger in my moms face and told us not to come back. We weren’t going to back there anyways because they suck at doing hair. Also some random customer jumped in our conversation and she didn’t even know what was going on. It was my first time coming to the hair salon and I went three doors down to this barbershop shop to ask where the hair salon was located. The older man I asked for directions was so rude.

Been going here two or three years. My hair has massively improved. I went from relaxed to natural without cutting it at all, so you can imagine how messy my hair can be at times. My hair is thick and coarse, 4b/4c. I’m in and out in three hours or less, bone straight. The most I’ve ever paid is 60 and that’s if my hair is really tangled beforehand. You’re not gonna beat that price. I recommend to any black girl trying to get her hair done in this area

I was new to the area and had no idea where to go to get my relaxed hair trimmed. It’s been about a year later and I’ve become a regular client, with NATURAL hair. They do a great job with reasonable prices and handled both my relaxed and natural hair with ease. The salon is clean and the staff is friendky. Of course I highly recommend them. Like anyone else, give them a shot…its hard finding good, reliable, on-time and knowledgeable hairstylists.

My type of hair is very very curly. LOVE THE SERVICE ! love the employees and the owner is so sweet. They take walk-ins which really help a lot. They do AMAZING work on hair and they use heat protectors for the hair which is a PLUS. Been going here for about 10+ years. The salon is always clean and organized. Definitely worth a visit !
