If I could give it less than one star I would. I had the worst experience with this salon! Went in to simply get a trim. Jasmine (only one who spoke english) is the one who I asked to trim only an inch off my ends. I have an introverted Bob that I’m trying to grow back out after I had donated 14″ for cancer patients. She has no clue how to cut hair! Instead of wetting my hair to trim an inch she straightened it. I never use heat on my hair. After this so called trim she handed me a mirror to look at the back (the mirror was so dirty could barely see anything) I come home to look at it, its so messed up! She chopped my hair up so bad! It’s uneven & looks horrible! If your hair means anything to you, I suggest you find another place! I will never go to this so called salon again!

Neither the owner or her employe had a clue on how to do a simple short haircut. After 3 attempts to give me a straight haircut I gave up. If you can’t do you job please don’t offer the service. My hair is not an experiment hair doll. If it would give me an option of no stars I would have given that. Haircut

This place is the worst I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid but over time the customer service is horrible I was told on so many occasions to wait and they would call me and someone else would take my place and the owner alma back talked me and for no reason I’m never coming to this place again I’ve been loyal to this place for years and I hope it crashes to the ground of how horrible its gotten.
