Went for my usual ash blonde rusk hair color which always is perfect. New owner Does Not use Rusk! My hair came out orange and was told it looked better than when I came in !! That was her response to my disaster….Imagine being told that and not offering to correct color. Imagine not being told a new product was being used until after application started.
