I was so excited to escape while visiting this spa… but it my experience each staff member I came across was very unprofessional for such a highly rated spa. I was instructed to wait in the meditation tent after showering so I went to sit down. The space is beautiful, but it is anything but calming. Guests and staff members are constantly walking around the space since there are treatment rooms surrounding the tent. I could hear people talking out in the lobby. Guests were coming back with water or tea, which I was not offered. Finally after about 45 minutes of waiting, I started to feel like I’d been forgotten so I went out in the lobby to see what the story was. I’m not sure what happened but both ladies seemed confused and exchanged glances. Less than 5 minutes later my salon tech came to get me. Luckily, she gave me an absolutely wonderful pedicure. This just was not the escape I was hoping for.

I made an appointment for a manicure pedicure and facial for my mom. The place is beautiful. They sell retail products at the front of the establishment like tease, chakra stones, skin care and more. My mom stated that the room she was in was also really nice. The customer service here was great! They assisted me on finding the right chakra stones and help my mom find a skincare routine that works for her. When I go back to Chicago, I want to experience this place for myself! The spa itself and services were great. Check in was easy and pleasant. I got a facial with Anne Marie who was absolutely stellar. Highly recommend seeing her. My friend got a massage w/ Morgen (her second, also highly recommended). Overall the spa was amazing and I will be back.

I came in for a prenatal massage yesterday, and I left feeling rejuvenated and my back pain was relieved. The atmosphere is amazing, from the time you walk in, to the time spent in the tent before and after being serviced, and then the actual service itself. This was my second time here, and it certainly will not be my last. Highly recommend, especially for my fellow expecting mamas.
