Every minute I was there, it was an excellent experience. Greeted nicely and was a welcoming environment. I was getting a consultation for the hair loss I will experience during chemo. Courtney made me feel heard and respected. She answered all our questions. She was super friendly, making me feel relaxed even though I walked in super stressed. We left feeling more than ok (fantastic!) about my selection. Courtney and the staff were very considerate. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who may need these services.

Lauren is terrific and gives each customer her full attention. The wigs are high quality and service of the wigs is personalized and top tier. My only disappointment has been the steep price increase of my favorite wig. I won’t be wearing it anymore once this wig dies Although I did find another wig I like that maybe will become a new favorite.

Was misled from the initial consult. It’s not ethical to lead a client to believe you’re ordering a brand new piece and then give them the sample piece that’s been in store for weeks. If I had known I was getting a used topper I would not have purchased. Overpriced and underwhelmed. Will not return. Will not recommend.
