Got to my appointment on time & ended up having to wait a whole hour & a half. Asked for small two strand twist & even showed her a picture but instead she gave me medium sized parts & on top of that the parts were off center. She was also extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional & on top of that she smelt like cigarettes. Overall very ghetto & uncivilized. Don’t come here.

Every time I go to get my hair retwisted the shop is always clean, warm, and inviting. Nece always has the best attitude and puts nothing but positive vibes into your hair. She’s also a great listener and makes you feel super comfortable. I don’t see myself going to anyone else, because I doubt I would ever find someone who provides such great service and goes above and be you to make you feel welcome and positive.
