Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI tried to upload a video to show how awful this hair is. This is the WORST hair that I have ever seen, and I wouldn’t want it if it was free. It is not 100% unprocessed virgin hair… and it’s clear that this merchant either doesn’t know the product they’re selling OR they are flat out scamming customers. It’s disgusting when you TRY to support a black owned business and their only focus is on money. I tried to reach out to the merchant directly to resolve this matter, and she tried to send me some more, cheap quality hair. The video I sent clearly shows that there are synthetic fibers (red hairs) throughout the bundles. You either need a new vendor or you need to change the description of your product.
