Scheduled an appointment online per website request. Then got an email that the appointment couldn’t be saved after entering my credit card information to save the appointment requested. Then got a separate email that this place isn’t seeing new clientele at the moment. That would be nice to know before giving my details online. Also update your Google address to show the correct location of business since it’s not in Mill Creek anymore.

It has been a couple years since I have been here as I was pregnant, and now busy with a toddler. However, I am getting ready to start up again with sugaring and will only come to this place. Beverly was recommended to me a long time ago so I went to see her. She provided me with the absolutely best service. She even took good care of me when I went for my last time during pregnancy. I remember how happy I was with my services, and can’t wait to go back!

Its the worst customer experience ever i have ever seen for the past 8 years. First of all the they didn’t greet me, the second thing-after filling the papers, the owner was trying to explain the policies and procedures very rude and the awful thing- they didn’t accept me, because the owner told me that i was rude to them. which was totally opposite(after seeing how rude she was, i tried to be the same as the owner)!!!!I never never recommend that awful place!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely DO NOT waste your money with this horrible business. They use low quality product and are so unbelievably rude. The business owner Beverly actually yelled at on the phone when I talked with her…. than hung up on me!!! Do not waste your time or money on this terrible place. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money!!!

I bought a groupon for an expensive service and if I walked in off the street I wouldn’t even pay the price of the Groupon more less the full/regular price they charge for the service. It was over in 15 minutes (20 tops) and this Service is listed as 45-50 minutes on their website! In addition, I’ve had this procedure performed at another skin care establishment and the service I got at Allure was far below par. I left so upset I couldn’t even say anything. This place (or at least the aesthetician I had) ripped me off! What a joke!

I went here twice for lash lifting and tinting. I was very happy with the technician and the quality of service both times. About a month after my last service, I got an extremely unprofessional email from the owner, Beverly, informing me that the technician I had been using was no longer employed there. She then went on to breach that former employee’s confidentiality. I was very put off by the unprofessional and tasteless email from the owner and will be taking my business (and the referrals I gave them) elsewhere.

My first appointment was amazing. I rescheduled expecting to see the same lady I booked with and was told at the time of my second appointment that she is no longer working there. I was dissapointed, but I was already there so there was not much that I could do at that point. The second lady was okay, but did not make the appointment nearly as comfortable and left patches of hair. I had to go home and sugar the rest myself. I figured I’d give it one more go ( the whole three strikes your out theory). Now they are not able to accomadate my upcoming appointment, so I’m not super impresssed with my 3rd appointment. I also do not like their online scheduling. I tried to call like three times when I made my first appointment for assistance with the online scheduling and I never received a call back. As far as the salon it’s self it is cute and seems to be pretty clean. In my couple visits no one has been overly friendly or inviting other then the First Lady that is no longer there. So far I’d say I would not refer this place to my friends, but I’m still Hopeful they come through with my next appointment and change my mind.

So i wasnt going to leave a review until i experienced another salon. I came to Allure recommemded by a friend. I was getting my first brazilian ever. For one, the girl did not even tell me she was going to get started. Prompting a person thats never been waxed seems like a given to me. I couldnt even believe how painful it was, i was on the verge of crying. The girl didnt really hold a conversation with me, ask me how she could make me more comfortabke and seemed irritated at how much pain i was in. I was on the table for almost 40 minutes. No tension on the areas, no oils, no anything to help. Since it was my first experience i thought this was normal, and never wanted to experience that again. Not to mention she missed several places. I had a friend recommend waxing, which i just did today. 9 minites on the table, relaxing, and treated way better. Unfortunatley i will not be returning to Allure and it has definitley made me avoid sugaring all together. Horrible experience.

Love Bev! My lashes always look amazing and with little fall out. I recommend everyone I know to her. The quality of service and her experience is worth the price. Which, I think, is competitive with the rest of the industry.
