Maní/pedí really terrible service. Barely touched my nails did the entire manicure while in the pedicure chair. Held soaking bowl in my lap. Put color on toes that was labeled the color I asked for but is nowhere near the correct color. Also let a client that had scheduled an appointment sit and soak for an hour. And charged $$$$. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI just had the best pedicure in my 77 years. Scott took great care with my toes particularly some ingrown nails. I did not even want to leave one star. I came in and immediately the man was rude and so was the woman. I was getting the dipped nail off of my nails and it took an hour before they talked with me while my nails were soaking in acetone. My friend came with me to get dipped and explained that she wanted tips and the man told her she shouldn’t get tips and proceeded to put the chemical on her nails for dipped. She has never gotten them done before so she was not sure about the process. She stopped him and told him again that she wants dipped. He got an attitude with her and explained that he had to take that off and charged her extra for it. We have been here for over an hour now and the only words that have been spoken to us have been rude. I will not be back nor will I advise anyone else to come.

I had a very pleasant experience at Allure! Located by Ranchito in Madison, service was prompt, and Kristy was very personable and did a great job on my gel nails. Prices were competitive for the area! I will be back. 🙂

Prices way to high!! We called and told lady one of our hands only had 4 nails left. Instead of tell us it would be extra 10.00 IF wanted soak off all nail. He just did it and took 2 of us 3 hrs to get set of solar nail!!!!! Rexiculous because there was no wait and only one Tec doing nails. And about e doing pedicures. Besides that they didn’t bother telling us they changed name, so we had to call back for directions instead of us in Google!Don’t go there
