Well, This five star review is based solely on the great customer service. I went in for my appointment and I had recently had things done on my face that prevented me from being able to keep my appointment that day that I should have realized myself beforehand. However, Terry was very gracious in rescheduling my appointment even though I know my time slot was an hour and a half of her time. She did not even charge a rebooking fee, which they have absolutely been fair. I just really appreciate the good customer service and I haven’t even had the actual facial and body service performed yet. I’m going back!

I have received a facial and back facial here. Both times I felt refreshed and that my pores were open when my service was complete. She also gave me tips and recommendations for keeping my skin clean between appointments. My mother has also gone here and enjoyed the services as well.

Set a date for the Groupon, didn’t realize it was outside the date of the Groupon, wasn’t told either. Upon the date, was informed of a $40 charge for it being outside the date, and wasn’t even able to use the Groupon. Avoid this place, will definitely be reporting to Groupon.

I do not suggest going here. Total lack of communication with clients. No courtesy reminders or anything. I made an appointment a month in advance but did not receive an email, text or anything whatsoever. Then she lied about the date the reminder was sent. . . I got a confirmation from when i booked but that was all.

I highly recommend this place. My technician was professional and to the point. No funny business. I got the sense she had a lot of experience and that made me feel I was in good hands. I’m booking again for sure.
