I had a very depressing experience here. I came in at 8:55 for a 9 o’clock appointment and my hair stylist arrived at 9:20. The front desk scheduled someone for 11:30am without telling my stylist, so she didn’t know about it until the other appointment came in. She then stopped doing my hair for that appointment and I didn’t get out of there until 3pm.

I hardly write reviews but my visit to Allure Salon needs to be read by someone who’s struggling to find quality services. I called Allure two weeks after I had box dye my hair. I have a lot of hair and it’s curly, so I was a bit nervous. Paige asked me a lot of questions and was very honest with me about achieving the hair color I want over a couple session to preserve my hair’s natural texture. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to work with different hair textures. Paige did an excellent job and I am in love with my new hair color. I’ve already gotten so many compliments.

Hadn’t been to a hairstylist in years cause of anxiety and past bad experiences, but desperately needed hair help. Allure set me up with Shivani who made my hair feel amazing! She also told me lots of ways and products I could use to keep my hair feeling amazing. After a couple months, I had her do a split dye on my hair which I am so in love with! My hair has never felt better and I feel confident about my hair now instead of insecure. I will never go anywhere else for hair care tbh.

Koury is THE best nail artist I’ve ever been to. She is a perfectionist in the best sense and is dedicated to getting the best result for her client. She makes suggestions for what to do in between appointments and when she thinks it’s best to come back. She remembers you from appointment to appointment and will track progress on dealing with things like calluses and ingrown nails (not on her watch!). Professional, nice, funny on top of it all – she can’t be beat!

I’ve gone a few times now with a couple different stylists and everyone is very kind and welcoming and willing to work with you. I had my first perm done and it was a very long and messy process but the stylist was patient and fun the whole time, even with me being pretty shy and not able to talk much. A bit pricey but it’s worth it for good results and nice people 🙂
