Michael is absolutely amazing!! I have been going to him for about a year now and he never disappoints. My hair is not easy to do and I have tried many places on Staten Island, and let me tell you that I am a lucky girl to have found him! So happy and my hair always looks healthy and shiny! I went in for an eyebrow wax & facial with Ella and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. I am typically very nervous to get my eyebrows done at a new place, but Ella was able to understand my wishes and follow the original shape very nicely! It was clean, relaxing, and very gentle! The facial was absolutely amazing! I am so relaxed, both during and after the facial, felt pampered and cared for! I could not recommend these services enough! Critical: Quality, Valuei came to this salon for the first time. When i first walked in I was waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes with noone in the salon. But, the nail tech that made absoletly no eye contact with a customer. I did not feel comfortable getting waxed under toliet paper and paper towels felt very uncomfortable table. My blow out service the women was very nice but curls did not say. i came to this salon for the first time. When i first walked in I was waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes with noone in the salon. But, the nail tech that made absoletly no eye contact with a customer. I did not feel comfortable getting waxed under toliet paper and paper towels felt very uncomfortable table.
