She is very thorough with her work and shapes my nails exactly how I want them each time. I am always so amazed at her artwork and attention to detail! I have been going to allure for over two years now and will never go any place else! The staff is friendly and professional! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and happy before leaving! Christine is my go to girl here. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCurrently getting two nails fixed on the set I got 2 days ago. She is sniffling and wiping her nose on her shirt while she is doing my nails. And there is someone sitting next to her sniffling and coughing. Neither have masks on. I was going to get one for me to put on but the box was empty.I already hate the set I had done. There is barely any length and I wanted them all re done. But I was ignored about my other complaints so I settled for fixing the two that broke.While I was leaving they stopped me trying to make me pay when over the phone they said it would be free of charge to fix.And I also paid more than I ever have for my fill. She made sure every nail was the same length and everything, it’s always been one of my biggest pet peeves even though it’s stuff that nobody notices except for yourself but she paid attention to every little detail. I got a deluxe pedicure and I don’t remember her name but she was fantastic! I hate to admit it but my feet were LONG overdue for a pedicure and she also paid attention to the details. Everything about my visit today was great! I had an acrylic fill with gel polish on top by Christine and she was amazing! She made sure every nail was the same length and everything, it’s always been one of my biggest pet peeves even though it’s stuff that nobody notices except for yourself but she paid attention to every little detail.
